Live music will include:

  • Akkordeon Verein Oshkosh, 3:30–5 p.m. — An eight-member local accordion band performing traditional and contemporary music, with plenty of polka.
  • Jeff Winard Polka Parties, 5:30–7:30 p.m. — Wisconsin and National Cleveland Polka Hall of Fame inductee Jeff Winard and his bandmates will bring high-energy polka music to the festival.

Oshkosh Volksfest is sponsored in part by the Steven J. Zellmer Fund at the Oshkosh Public Library, the Wisconsin Arts Board, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Oshkosh Public Museum, and the Oshkosh Public Library.

As a special Volksfest bonus, the Oshkosh Public Museum will offer free admission from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on September 24. Visitors can explore the Museum’s featured exhibitions, Chicago Collects: Jewelry in Perspective and Land of Oz.
