Sawyer Saga was a past exhibition that explored the lasting legacy of the Sawyer family in Oshkosh. From service in the U.S. Senate to their influence along Algoma Boulevard, the Sawyers made significant contributions to business, politics, philanthropy, and the community's cultural life.
The exhibition examined three distinct chapters of the family’s story and their enduring connection to Oshkosh.
Sawyer Saga was part of OPM100, a series of exhibitions, programs, and events commemorating 100 years of the Oshkosh Public Museum, which first opened to the public in 1924.
A Trilogy of exhibitions to celebrate OPM's 100th Anniversary.
