The Frederick and Marion Durow Trust Fund Presents In Good Spirits
In Good Spirits features different types of drinking vessels and containers for spirited alcoholic beverages. The drinking vessels and containers were curated from the Oshkosh Public Museum collections. Each piece tells a story about its history and function.
The exhibit will explore how form meets function in designing containers for specific drinks, from wine goblets to champagne glasses, from whiskey bottles to beer steins. The displayed drinking vessels represent hundreds of years of celebrating "Good Spirits."
