Is there financial assistance available for historic property maintenance and repair?

In the State of Wisconsin, historic property tax credits are available to owners of properties that have been determined by the State Historical Society to be eligible for, or that are actually listed on the National Register.

In Oshkosh, owners of historic properties may qualify for financial assistance with maintenance and repair activities through the CDBG Homeowner Repair program, or the HOME Rental Rehabilitation program. (contact City staff for further info)
