Water Meter Replacement Program
The City of Oshkosh is in the process of replacing water meters throughout the city. Beginning with the oldest meters, the City's service representatives are working their way throughout the city, and leaving cards asking Utility customers to contact the Water Department to schedule appointments for their water meters to replaced. Pay Your Utility Bill Automatically!
The City of Oshkosh is now offering the convenient option of paying your quarterly utility bill by automatic withdrawal from your bank account. We will automatically deduct your utility charges each quarter from your checking or savings account through the Automated Clearing House System (ACH).
To sign up, print and fill out the form below and mail the form with a voided blank check to City of Oshkosh Utilities, P. O. Box 1128, Oshkosh, WI 54903-1128.
