City Hall Office Hours
8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Offices are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, it is automatically observed on the preceding or following weekday.
Bicycle Licenses
Bicycle licenses are obtained at the Collections Center in City Hall (215 Church Ave.)
Dog and Cat Licenses
Dog and cat licenses are available at the Collections Center in City Hall. Renewals are due on or before the last day of March. A current rabies certificate must be provided.

Payments must be made by mail or at the Collections Center in City Hall.

City Tax Bills
Real estate taxes are due on or before the last day in January. To qualify for an installation payment plan, at least one-quarter of the total amount due must be paid on January 31st. Additional installments are due by March 31st, May 31st, and July31st.
