City Hall Office Hours

8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Offices are closed New Year's Day, the Friday before Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, it is observed on the preceding or following weekday.

Bicycle Licenses

Bicycle licenses may be obtained from the Collections Center in City Hall (215 Church Ave.) Please call 236-5025 with questions.

Dog and Cat Licenses

Dog and cat licenses are available at the Collections Center in City Hall. Renewals are due on or before the last day of March annually. A current rabies certificate must be provided at the time of registration.

Utility Bills and Parking Tickets

Payments may be made at the Collections Center in City Hall, by mail, or online.

City Tax Bills

Real estate taxes are due on or before the last day of January. To qualify for an installation payment plan, at least one-quarter of the total amount due must be paid by January 31st. Additional installments are due no later than March 31st, May 31st, and July 31st.
