Property File - Electronic Docs
The Division of Inspection Services is converting its paper files into electronic documents in an effort to give the public easier access and conserve physical space. In this electronic file you can view Property File information as well as Permit Summary Reports. Property File information may include, but is not limited to:
- Permits (from 9/1/2005 forward, older information added as time permits)
- Certificate of Occupancy (from 12/1/2005 forward, older information added as time permits)
- Correction Notices (from 12/1/2005 forward, older information added as time permits)
- Citations (from 12/1/2005 forward, older information added as time permits)
- Correspondence (from 12/1/2005 forward, older information added as time permits)
Documents are can be located by clicking on the 1st letter or the street name, clicking the street name in the subsequent list, then clicking on the desired address.
Terms & Conditions:
- Viewer understands that the information contained within may not be complete. Inspection Services staff will be able to check the status of a project if there is a belief that more current information exists.
- It is understood that the City is not required to keep information past seven (7) years.
- Copies of information kept by the Inspection Services Division, in current or archive files, can be obtained through a request under the Open Records Law. The request can be made verbally or in writing to any Division staff member. There will be a nominal fee for copies made. No charge is assessed for viewing information. However, a nominal fee will be charged for printed copies.
- Viewer understands "it is illegal to make or distribute copies of copyrighted material without authorization."
