The Department of Community Development plays a variety of roles in carrying out its responsibilities to the citizens of Oshkosh through its 4 Divisions.

The Aging Services Division is located at the Oshkosh Seniors Center, 200 N. Campbell Road.
The Health Services Division is located in Room 201, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue.
Inspection Services Division is located in Room 205, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue.
The Planning Services Division is located in Room 204, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue.
